Adult ADHD coaching · Denver & online

Adult ADHD coaching for people who are good at their jobs.

You've built a career on a brain that's brilliant in a crisis and stubborn about everything else. Maybe you were diagnosed as an adult. Maybe you suspect it. Maybe you've never said it out loud. You don't need another productivity app. You need a system built for how your brain actually runs.

Sound familiar?

People see the results. Only you see what they cost.

  • You hyperfocus for hours on the interesting thing, then can't start the important one.
  • Deadlines are the only reliable fuel you have.
  • You're either late, or early and anxious. Rarely in between.
  • Your head feels like a browser with forty tabs open.
  • You react faster than you'd like, in meetings and in email.
  • Every system you've tried worked for about two weeks.
How it runs

Your brain runs a different operating system

ADHD isn't a knowing problem. You already know what to do. It's a delivery problem: the gap between knowing and doing. Four features explain most of that gap, and once you can see them, the breakdowns stop being mysterious. They become predictable, and predictable means buildable.

01

Interest, not importance

Your brain acts on what's interesting, urgent, new or challenging, not on what matters most. That's why you can lose six hours to the wrong thing and stall on the right one.

02

Time blindness

There's "now" and "not now." The future stays abstract until it's an emergency. So we stop relying on feeling time and put it where you can see it.

03

Working-memory leaks

Your mental scratchpad is small and erases fast. Out of sight really is out of mind, so commitments live in a system, not in your head.

04

Emotional intensity

Feelings hit harder and faster. A lot of what looks like procrastination is avoiding a feeling, and that's workable once it has a name.

The same wiring gives you real strengths: creativity, hyperfocus, crisis performance, pattern-spotting. We build around the wiring, not against it.

Why I do this work

I built these tools for my own brain first

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early thirties. By then I'd finished a master's degree by building my own tools, because the standard advice didn't work for me. Those tools became the framework I use with clients, and they keep getting better.

I've spent more than twenty years on the human side of work, and I founded LifeSketch in 2015. What I've seen again and again: capable people weren't lacking effort or intelligence. The system around them wasn't built for how their brain works. Read my story →

The build

What we build together

Capture

An external brain

One trusted place for everything your working memory shouldn't hold.

See time

A calendar you can trust

Time made visible and budgeted by role, with buffers that match how long things really take.

Start

Starting without motivation

Timers, sprints and starting rituals for the work that never feels urgent until it's late.

Focus

Protected deep work

Energy-aware scheduling and a focus ritual for a role built for interruption.

Pause

Space before you react

Simple regulation tools for the meeting, the email and the hard conversation.

Keep

A system you keep

Written down and simple enough to survive a bad week, so it outlasts our work together.

Where I work

Questions

Before you book

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. I don't diagnose, and you don't need a diagnosis to start. If you want a formal evaluation, I can point you toward where to begin.

Is coaching ADHD treatment?

No. Coaching works alongside medical care, not instead of it. Questions about medication belong with your prescriber. Coaching is where we build the systems and habits around your day.

Is this only for founders and executives?

No. I work with senior managers, physicians, attorneys, consultants and other professionals too. If your work asks a lot of your executive function, this fits.

Can my company pay?

Yes. It's the same program, billed to the organization through LifeSketch. For organizations →
