Executive function coaching for ambitious adults with ADHD.
From professionals to founders and the C-suite, I help capable people with ADHD build the systems, focus, and career direction that let their output finally match their ability.
Sound familiar?
You're full of ideas, but execution lives in a pile of half-finished projects.
Time disappears. The urgent always beats the important.
You do your best work at the last minute, and pay for it in burnout.
Every planner and app works for two weeks, then quietly falls apart.
You've outgrown your role and can't get clear on the next move.
From the outside you look successful. Inside it feels like you're holding it together with tape.
THE FRAMEWORK
Your company has an operating system. Do you?
Most productivity advice assumes you just need a better app. Capable people with ADHD don't stall for lack of tools. They stall when there's no system for how they run themselves. I build that personal operating system with you, around how ADHD brains actually work.
Direction: Clarity on what matters this season, and what you’ll say no to.
Planning: A weekly rhythm that turns priorities into a calendar you control.
Focus: Protecting your best hours for the work only you can do.
Follow-through: Accountability and recovery routines for when the plan meets real life.

WHY SCOTT
Clinical depth. Coaching speed.
I spent more than 15 years in counseling and career development before focusing entirely on coaching. I'm a licensed professional counselor by training, so I understand what's happening under the hood. As a coach, my job is to help you act on it.
I also have ADHD. I know what it's like to be the smartest person in the room and still miss the deadline. The systems I teach are the same ones I rely on to run my own practice, LifeSketch.
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple to start
1. Strategy call. A free conversation about where you are, what's in the way, and what better would look like.
2. Your plan. If we're a fit, I'll recommend the right engagement and a clear first 90 days.
3. Build and sustain. Regular sessions and accountability until the new way of working sticks.
